Effective from 1. 1. 2025
The security and protection of our clients' personal data is a priority for us. In accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with the provision of our services.

Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, identification number, location data, online identifier, etc.).
2. Sources and categories of personal data processed
Based on the legal grounds set out in section 3, we process the following data in particular:
Identification data (e.g. first and last name of the contact person)
Contact information (e.g. email address, phone number)
Communication and interaction data (e.g. communication records, customer support, complaint handling)
3. Legal basis and purpose of processing
We process your personal data on the basis of these legal grounds and for the following purposes:
Performance of a contract or taking measures before its conclusion
Fulfillment of legal obligations, in particular according to:
Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes
Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on accounting
Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection
Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on VAT
Legitimate interest, e.g. for the exercise or defense of legal claims
Consent, e.g. for personalized marketing and cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
4. Data retention period
We apply the principle of data minimization – we only retain personal data for as long as necessary.
We retain data related to the performance of the contract for 5 years after its termination.
We retain documents for tax purposes for 10 years according to law.
After the retention period has expired, the data is securely deleted.
5. Recipients of personal data (processors)
Your data is primarily processed by the Administrator. It may be transferred to trusted processors solely for the purposes stated above.
Processors may include:
IT service providers including secure cloud hosting (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Salesforce)
payment service providers (e.g. Stripe)
marketing and e-commerce service providers
In the event of a transfer outside the EU, we will ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).
